At Untamed Petals, we want you to be completely in love with your bridal accessories and occasion wear. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, we offer returns on eligible items within 14 days of your delivery date.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print and attach to your original packaging.
Package Your Items
Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached and protective packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our studio.
